Zakład Usługowy „Rosa” Sp. z o.o. is one of the firms of the group ROSA – external lighting manufacturer. The will to consolidate the whole chain of production of this equipment from forming aluminium columns to their final protective-decorative anodisation was the basis for the decision to build the group’s own anodising factory.

 

The anodising plant ROSA provides its services since 2009 – both for own purposes of the group as well as to the external customers.

 

What do we do?

 

We provide anodising as well as electro-chemical and interference colouring services of aluminium works (profiles, tubes, etc...). The colours of anodised aluminium surfaces we offer are presented in the tab: “Offer”.

ABILITIES

• Our company has the longest anodising tanks in Central and East Europe, which allows us to treat aluminium elements up to 10 metres long;

• As one of the few factories in the world we offer the electro-chemical interference colouring of aluminium surfaces, which is an up-to-date technology which allows us to offer the UV-resistant colour range that is wider than the so-far traditionally offered.

QUALITY AND RELIABILITY

• We offer the quality of our service which we expect in treating our own goods – our factory anodises and colours all our own goods as well as profiles from external customers.

Our anodising plant is situated in Tychy in southern Poland.

 

The working area of our technological tanks are: 10,0 x 0,6 x 2,3 metres.

 

Total current capacity – 45 thousand A!

 

Our modern anodising line guarantees the highest quality of natural and colourful finishing of aluminium. All the processes are fully automated, which ensures their repeatability, so high and stable quality of the works. The quality of the processes and finishes are permanently monitored by our laboratory.

 

Our anodising plant meets local and European standards as regards environment protection. We have an automatic waste treatment station, air exchange and cleaning units and equipment letting us save the water and energy consumption.

QUALANOD CERTIFICATE

 

 

ROSA received the certyfication and the right to use the QUALANOD Label confirms the highest quality of the services provided by the ROSA's Anodiser.

 

 

 

 

At the end of the year, the anodising plant ROSA and its products were audieted by the QUALANOD certyfying organisation and, as the audits result, got the positive recommendation to receive the QUALANOD Label (Quality for Anodic Oxide Coatings).

 

Nowadays, we already have a QUALANOD Label.
