QUALITY POLICY

ZU Rosa Sp. z o.o. provides the services of anodising and colouring of  aluminium works. The mission of our company is to provide to the customer the services of the best quality in the required time using the most environment-friendly methods available in the industry. Our policy is founded on the values we follow and which, as we believe, will allow us to build and strengthen the friendly and reliable image of our brand.

The quality police is realised on a few levels. We monitor the quality of the technological processes, the quality of finished goods as well as the procedures that protect the natural environment. We also supervise and improve the work environment.

The realization of the quality policy is based on the awareness that the responsibility for quality lies on all employees of the company.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION

The anodising plant meets all binding local and European standards as regards the environment protection. The factory received, according to the EU Directive UE – IPPC (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control), the Integrated Permission for anodising line of aluminium profiles, given to subject meeting the requirements BAT (Best Available Techniques), which is a guarantee that used technological processes fulfil the highest standards as regards the environment protection.

In the production process we use the machines and equipment allowing us to re-use the         re-usable raw materials.

Our laboratory permanently controls the composition of the wastes and the consumption of chemical substances.

The water taken out after the production process is free from industrial pollution and does not harm the environment. The chemical wastes are under strict control and they do not leave the factory in an uncontrolled way.

 We took care also about our employees.

There is an air ventilation system installed in the factory that protects work places from the possible noxious vapours.

We installed system of gas detection and safety showers.

There are foot-paces and rails as well as adequate lighting, which enable the employees to move safely around the factory during their work and to leave the factory in emergency situations.

We follow and use our value based policy of the respect for people and for the surrounding eco-system both as regards the environment and our employees.
