We provide anodising, chemical brightening and electrolytic and interference colouring services of aluminium elements – profiles, sheets, tubes, construction elements etc.We cover the surface of aluminium with anodic coating from 5 to 25 um thick, according to the requirements of customers.


The size of our technological tanks is:

  • 11 meters long
  • 2,8 meter deep
  • 0,8 meter wide

That allows us to anodise elements up to 10 m long, 2,3 m deep and 0,5 m wide,

- 500 kg unit weight, 1,5 t each batch total weight



Chemical brightening

The Chemical brightening is a kind of pre-treatment before anodising the aluminum surface. The features of this process can be comparable with mechanical polishing. The process of brightening is used for the treatment of aluminum surfaces for decorative applications, and products having high reflectance. A limitation on the use of chemical brightening is the alloy of material. Brightened can be profiles and aluminium sheets made of alloy with a high aluminum content–while the amount of the dopants in alloy increases, the intensity of the gloss decreases.




The anodised layer may then be coloured. We use the electrochemical colouring technique and, as one of the few plants in the world, the interference colouring.

Its porous texture allows durable colouration of the product through electrochemical or interference methods. In these methods of colouring, the tin, functioning as a colour factor, settles permanently in the pores of the anodic coating and its appropriate thickness as well as the structure of the pores make a wide range of colours which never fade.

From 2017 the plant also uses technology so-called dry etching involves surface treatment by shot blasting method. The process is carried out using a modern machine to matt the surface by subjecting the workpieces to abrasive blasting operations using shot with a diameter of about 0,1 mm, giving the surfaces a delicate, satin appearance. This type of technology allows to significantly eliminate all kinds of surface defects arising from extrusion or rolling processes such as streaks, thermal lines, etc. and minor mechanical damages in the form of scratches and abrasions. The surfaces thus obtained are characterized by much better quality compared to traditional chemical etching. Used technical solutions allow to shot blast elements from sheet thickness of 1mm without the risk of surface damage.

Mechanical marks such as scoring and scratching will remain visible. Corrosion effects, which could barely be seen before treatment, can become visible after processing.
E6 Chemically etched - satin After degreasing the surface is given a satin or matt finish be treatment in special alkaline etching solutions. Mechanical surface defects are smoothed out but not entirely eliminated. Any corrosion effects on the metal surface may become visible as a result of this treatment. Mechanical pretreatment before etching can eliminate these effects, but it is preferable to handle and store the metal correctly to avoid corrosion.

  • C – hard or normal conditions of use; the environment with quite high corrosion risks outdoors (e.g. in transportation industry or construction industry); the environment with high chemical impact indoors (e.g. food industry).
  • U – moderate conditions of use: moderate corrosion risks, but high abrasion risk; mainly indoor applications.
  • light conditions of use: low corrosion risks and low abrasion risks; mainly indoor applications.
  • B – very light conditions of use: very low corrosion risks and very light abrasion risks; indoor applications.​
